They use a little natural additives as possible and they use a naturally fermented sourdough, which gives their bread extra flavour. They use locally grown and milled flour for their English range and authentic French flours from Le Grand Moulins de Paris (France's largest millers) for their continental range.
We stock a variety of bread throughout the week with the largest range being available at the weekend. We do offer a pre-order service is you want to guarantee a speciality loaf at the weekend. Just give us a call and order by 2pm on Friday and we will have a freshly baked loaf reserved for you the following morning.
